We tore out a coop and resurrected a chicken coop. It is huge, maybe 15x30 feet and will keep some hens happy.

Dad has been waiting months to start pressure washing the outside of this barn. This is the north side and the wood is in remarkable condition.

Artesian well, artesianing. The well is really gushing now but I managed to stop it up with an old towel, amazing what the wonders of technology can do for us.

Can you believe the place came with all these great tires? How awesome! I have since hauled them all away, there were over 100 of them on the property, and California law, for some reason, only lety you dispose of 9 at a time.
